We ship FREE within Australia. All orders are sent via standard Australia Post and we charge $4.00 for express post.

Please keep in mind holiday periods may delay shipping. We strongly recommend to get express shipping as we have found this the most reliable.
Orders processed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on a New South Wales public holiday will be posted the next business day. (This does not account for high volume periods such as holiday periods or sales).
We will email you a tracking number once your parcel has been sent.
Once your item has been taken by Australia post it becomes their responsibility and often shipping sometimes varies.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, you will get a slip to collect it from the nearest post office, which you will have 10 days to do before it is returned to us.
If it is returned to us, you will be required to pay for the re-delivery of the actual cost of shipment which is $8.50 for one book and $13.80 for anything above. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt slips left by your postage service and keep track of the parcel with the reference number we email you once posted. Please note we cannot be held accountable for items which have been marked as delivered but have not been received, or if you have not received a delivery attempt notification card from your local postage service.

We have a flat rate of $15.00AUD for orders to New Zealand. We use DHL express.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame advised, these are only an estimated guideline and sometimes do take longer. Once your items are handed over to DHL it is in their hands. We will email you a tracking number once it has been sent and you can track it here. We recently took worldwide shipping off our website as costs were extremely high. We can still ship worldwide but the cost of the shipping would need to be covered by the customer and it varies depending on location. Please contact email@example.com if you would like a quote. We will need location, what you are wanting to purchase and quantity.
TAXES & DUTIES – IMPORTANT NOTICE
All applicable taxes, customs fees & duties are to be paid by the customer and differ between countries. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order. We do not charge any duties or taxes on international orders and I Am Happy, I Am Here will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your products are seized by customs. We ask that before you purchase you check your destination taxes, customs fees & duties as well as its rules & regulations for importing foreign goods so you are aware of the charges.
If the item was not collected by you & was returned to us, you will be required to pay the full rate of the shipping for re-delivery and the duty tax, fees & duties for re-import of your items. If your duty tax is more than the value of your order, we will abandon the package.
