I have suffered with depression and anxiety for quite a while, but don't make it known to many people if any at all. I struggled with being positive and thinking about myself in a positive manner as well as finding the good in situations. Once I heard about I am happy, I am here I was kind of reluctant to give it a try because I immediately thought negatively of myself, thinking "you won't stick to it, it won't help you." But honestly I am so glad I decided to buy one and try it out! I don't always write in it every day but the days I do, I notice a difference! I start the day off thinking more positive and finding the good in things and the good in my life. The evening reflection of my day always makes me feel great when I go back and think about the amazing things that happened that day or even the average/normal things that we sometimes take for granted. I can't thank Larissa enough for creating the perfect gratitude journal, I am just so thankful for I am happy, I and here. I love it! Definitely recommend the journal to anyone and everyone!
I happened across 'I am happy, I am here' gratitude journals because of a friend. I have been using mine for over a month now and have been connected to the FB community for equally as long. For a mentally ill person these books provide a healthy way to structure your mindset and thoughts. They encourage you to visualise/manifest positivity in your life whilst also supporting you to find happiness and positivity on even your darkest of days. I am totally addicted, and I can't wait for more
I ordered one of each colour (one for a friend and one for myself) and when they arrived in the cute packaging I was stumped as to which one I wanted to keep 😂. I love it! It’s a brief AM and PM ritual that sets my mind at ease and truly calms it. Hand writing adds an intimate connection we don’t get much these days. Emptying my brains many thoughts and really thinking about what to be grateful for every day has worked wonders. Xxx
